Arbutus "Sis" Paulsen (Milligan), age 98, of Brimley, Mich. passed away Thursday April 3, 2014. Sis was born December 15, 1915 in Brimley to William and Mae (Charles) Milligan and was a lifetime resident of Brimley. She worked several years at Passmore's Hardware Store.
