Dorothy Streeter, 86, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center. Colon cancer was the major cause. She was born in Munising, Mich., December 5, 1927 to the late Arthur and Leora (St. Peter) Utecht. She married Cecil L. Streeter on August 2, 1947.
