James Mitchell "Jim" Reinhard, 75, died at his home in Los Angeles, Calif. September 21, 2014. Jim was born April 12, 1939 in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. He was a maternal grandson of esteemed early 20th century Sault Chief of Police, Matthew H. Mitchell.There is a photograph of Jimmy at about age four with his younger brother, age one.
